Pros: The driver was a nice young lady she got us there safely to Indianapolis and I managed to have her as my return driver to Chicago she was a great driver on time coming and going and I wasn’t concerned about my life in her hands. 🙌. Cons: I would frequently ask passengers to be mindful of their speaker phone conversations. Tips: Stay off speaker phone so others can get a better experience.
