Pros
Problem free. Interesting sights of the countryside between Illinois & Michigan.

Not much, although the terminal in Chicago is in any iffy area, the neighborhood has improved over the years & it is close to Union Station, another trans. hub.

31 August 2019Couples trip
Pros
It was convenient and cheap. Staff was friendly and there was a bathroom stop.
Cons
Having those one time use head sheet on the seats would be nice. Biggest problem was wishing you guys can fix the people who used the bus. Someone in front of us spilled their fruit drink on the bus and everything that we set on the floor were drench in it.
Tips
Just be weary of the floor cleanliness, it's not the staff's fault but more so the passengers.
