Pros: the bus driver was very kind. and bus was also clean and comfortable. Cons: when I check the ticket, automatically check-in system would be more convenient. (QR or barcode leader machine). Tips: miller bus was nice and good.

Pros: I like the marked stopping site of the bus, which is inside the transit center, not like other bus outside of the transit center. Cons: Maybe wait for 1-2 mins for those who delayed a little bit. Tips: Be earlier 5 min than the time on your ticket, just in case bus leave a little bit earlier.
