Pros: This was my first time taking the mega bus and I am satisfied with my experience. I normally travel with different bus vendors but this trip was by far my favorite. Cons: Nothing that I noticed. Tips: None.

Pros: The boarding was on time and generally the driver was very cautious and careful throughout the journey by observing all the routes signs. Cons: I was disappointed I couldn’t access the bus Wi-Fi as indicated in the email sent to me before the trip. Tips: Others we’re talking over their voices through phone calls.

Pros: It was comfortable. Sone of the other passengers spoke about the bathroom not being clean and roaches. Cons: The only thing if I was at the office I would check and see if the bus was on schedule especially in cold weather. Many people take an Uber to the bus location. When there is a delay. Let Your customers know.

Pros: that i had my own seat and they made 1 bathroom stop. Cons: the bathroom and clean the floors and garbage off the bus before we get on... Tips: bring a sweater of blanket it gets cold on the bus.

Pros: The driver was awesome. Very friendly, informative, and concerned about passengers well being. A real 5 star driver....Thanks. Cons: More leg room. The seats are cramped and USB phone charger. Tips: If your over 6.2" book a flight..😁.
