Pros: On time. I did not have to think about accommodating for any time buffering- which is literally what travelers worry so much about. Cons: The staff could be more interactive? Tips: Make sure you know where the bus comes, because sometimes the buses seemed as if it does not go to the place where we booked the tickets from.
