Pros: Courteous driver. Cons: Lost my wallet on bus. Poor contact info. Still have not heard anything on my lost wallet. Bus needs to say where it's headed. Tips: Keep an I on your belongings. Went to bathroom and left my suitcases on the bus. Wallet was missing when I got of the bus in Syracuse.

Pros: The bus driver was super nice and personable. I am always satisfied with your bus service / I use it a lot for getting me to and from the Syracuse airport - an easy fix to my not having a car. Cons: If you served coffee ☕️ Just kidding 😂😂😂 but, it’s not a terrible idea 😉. Tips: The Wanderu app is a godsend / so easy to use!
