Pros: the seats were more comfortable than they’d been during my first trip! there was also wifi on the bus, though i didn’t use it. Cons: not much i suppose, the bus just stank like feet and it was an overwhelming stench. Tips: come to the bus stop early, as the bus’ arrival time can be different than if says on the ticket 🤷.

Pros: Our driver, who happened to be the same gentleman for both directions, was a consummate professional. He was courteous, caring, skillful, and a strong communicator. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Cons: I honestly can't conjure up anything. Tips: Yes, take the bus and use mass transit -- and listen to many languages as you explore NYC.
