Pros: The bus driver was excellent his performance was above the call of duty we got to Binghamton 1 hour late but we arrived safe on an inadequate bus , inspired of broken outside door on bus the driver was able to fix bus good enough to complete our trip. Cons: Buses that wasn't broken and a plan in place when this happens.

Pros: IT was amazing. We left on time. Driver was friendly and effecient. His estimate on time was spot on. We arrived a few minutes early. IT was a beautiful full moon night. Nice quiet bus. Power outlets at the seat and WIFI most of the trip. Cons: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Tips: Be there a few minutes early. Bring equipment to keep bus close to silent (ear buds, etc..) so nice to be pin drop quiet. Bring a small blanket, neck pillow or lil pillow.
