Pros: The bus driver Mr. Mars ( sorry if I misspelt his name) in charge of Trailways bus # 82204 was a gem who mad the trip all the more worthwhile and enjoyable. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he was kind and courteous to one and all, explained traffic delays, enforced policies on the bus in a very professional way, and did the best job possible to make everyone comfortable. Hats off to him- we need more like him. I have travelled extensively by air, train and bus in several countries and have not encountered one like him. He is an asset to any organization he works for and needs to be recognized! I thank him for making the last leg of my journey memorable! Please pass this genuine compliment to him and Trailways on my behalf. Cons: I found Binghamton bus station very disappointing with no restaurant, or charging station. Tips: N/A.
