Greyhound

Pros: Seat belts, Punctuality, Smooth ride, Professionalism of bus driver who announced his stops loud and clear allowing customers to have a stress free ride. Cons: Organization: 10 minutes before scheduled bus departure the screen still displayed "see Agent" for gate information. Customer Service: Went to see Agent, she said "wait for announcement" . As a courtesy to customers who arrived early to line up and secure a good seat, Agent could do better than that. Cleanliness: This bus station did not look very clean. Waiting room appearance: the iron seats have to go. Food and snacks: Soda machines could be replaced with healthy snacks. Overall this place needs a Starbucks, a Philly gift shop, a Philly cheese counter, and attractive restrooms for customers and tourists.
