Pros: I like that there are charge ports on the bus and the foot rests below. Cons: The bus driver told everyone during the rest break that we only had 20 minutes and by the time he finished parking, that we were down to 15. Because of this, there was not enough time to get food at the rest stop due to the lengh of the lines. Upon returning to the bus, many people without food, the bus driver laughed and said that we still had over 10 more minutes (so the break was 30 minutes, not 20) and that he just tells people we have less time so that everyone is early back to the bus. People went hungry for no reason. Some of the chargeports on the bus were broken. Tips: Bring your own food.

Opened in 2016, the station serves as the main stop near Downtown Baltimore for the two largest bus carriers that conduct trips in and out of the city – Greyhound and Peter Pan Bus Lines. The station is served by only one line of Baltimore’s transit bus network. However, a connection is also available to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County bus system.
