Pros: Very kind and courteous, clean bus. Strict no-talking-on-cell-phone policy to make for an enjoyable trip for all. Also- water available. How nice! Cons: My only comment for improvement: the big (perforated) advertisement sticker across the window was not great to look through. Can you position these things differently to allow your passengers a clear view out? (BTW- the lateness had to do with traffic. Nothing that could be done by the bus driver! I'm glad I took the 3pm bus rather than the 5pm bus, or I would have missed my connecting train. I wish there were a 4pm bus!). Tips: Great way to travel.

C&J Bus Lines Bus Guide & FAQs

Do C&J Bus Lines buses have WiFi?

Yes, C&J Bus Lines offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with C&J Bus Lines will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. C&J Bus Lines WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power points or USB points on the bus?

Yes, there are power points onboard C&J Bus Lines buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbour might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power points, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power point USB converter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since C&J Bus Lines might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

What is C&J Bus Lines's schedule?

On a typical day, C&J Bus Lines has 125 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.

Can you pick up will call tickets at the station?

No, C&J Bus Lines does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.

Do you need an ID to get on the bus?

Yes, C&J Bus Lines requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.

Are there toilets on C&J Bus Lines buses?

Yes, there are bathrooms on C&J Bus Lines buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or drinks offered during the trip?

C&J Bus Lines does not offer meals or beverages onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. However, note that most buses do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks. Your thirst is a priority for C&J Bus Lines, and to make sure you are never parched onboard their bus, they offer free bottles of water. Just remember - the only right thing to do at the end of your trip is to make sure every water bottle is placed in a recycle bin to reduce your impact on the environment.

Do you have to print your C&J Bus Lines ticket?

Yes, C&J Bus Lines requires that all passengers have printed tickets to board the bus. When you book with Wanderu and activate your account, you will be able to easily find and download your tickets for most buses.

Does C&J Bus Lines offer any premium features like extra legroom or movies?

C&J Bus Lines goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.

Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as C&J Bus Lines offers extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you get may vary between bus lines, but getting extra is always good.
