Although the ride itself could be improved in terms of cleanliness, level of noise, and bus staff interactions, it was not all that bad as the views made up for it. Pros: Nothing I was injured when the driver came to a abrupt stop I flew out my seat onto the floor and driver kept driving I seemed medical attention when I arrived in buffalo ny still haven't received a response from your company. Cons: Better communication.

Pros: I just Love this driver, he is very pleasant, he interacts with everyone as if you were a friend. Not to say the other drivers are not good but, when it's him driving I have this since of calm and feel safe as if I was riding a car with my dad. I would give him 10 stars because he goes over and beyond. Cons: The seats could be a little more padded. Other drivers should make sure to remind the passengers to be mindful of other passengers and not be on the phone as of they were home. Tips: Yes, for them to be mindful that they're not the only one on the bus, Not to be on the phone as if they were home.

Note that while this was supposed to be a Flixbus reservation, it was changed to another bus that was not as shiny and new and cheery as the Flixbus advertisement. To be fair, the replacement bus had the basic amenities (WiFi, outlet, bathroom), it wasn't as pretty as the one in the Flixbus ad. :-/
