Is there WiFi onboard Landline?

Yes Landline offers WiFi connection onboard their bus trips. Though most trips with Landline will have WiFi as advertised, some trips might not come equipped with Wifi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Landline WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends, you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power outlets on a Landline bus? Are there USB plugs?

Landline provides both regular power outlets and USB plugs on board their bus trips. They have gone to great lengths to ensure your electronics never run out of power. Your laptop can be juicing up while your phone stays charged as well. Of course, even with all these options, it’s possible that a Landline vehicle might have an issue with its power supply, so to cover that situation bring a charge power pack.

Does Landline offer will call tickets, that you pick up at the station?

No, currently Landline does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station or stop.

Do you need an ID to get on a Landline bus?

Yes, Landline requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, like a college ID, won’t work.

Can you use your phone to board Landline?

Yes, you can board Landline by showing your E Ticket on your phone. The E Ticket is emailed to when you make your reservation. To save yourself the trouble of digging through your inbox to find your ticket, get the Wanderu app and pull up your ticket with one click.

Are there bathrooms on Landline buses?

No, there are no bathrooms available on Landline bus trips. Though there are no bathrooms onboard, typically breaks are scheduled in the itinerary to allow passengers to use bathroom facilities along the way.

Are meals or beverages offered onboard Landline trips?

Landline provides snacks to satisfy your hunger during your travels. Check with the carrier if snacks are for sale, and pack a credit card and some cash in case you get hungry. Your thirst is a priority for Landline, and to make sure you are never parched onboard their bus, they offer free water bottles. Just remember - the only right thing to do at the end of your trip is to make sure every water bottle is placed in a recycle bin to reduce your impact on the environment.

Do you have to print your Landline ticket?

Landline does not require a printed ticket to board the bus. An E Ticket is sent to you by email that you can load on most electronic devices. You will want to have your ticket ready to be displayed as you board for the agent to scan. We recommend you download the Wanderu app, as it gives you super easy access to E Tickets for your upcoming trips for most carriers. As back up, road warriors recommend taking a screenshot of your E Ticket. That way, you won’t be fumbling around in case your internet connection cuts out.

Does Landline offer any premium features like extra legroom, movies or TV?

Landline goes the extra distance to deliver up-class offerings to its customers. Landline really puts out the red carpet for their customers. Onboard every Landline bus, there is an attendant to tend to your needs. Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as Landline advertises that they offer extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you might get varies from carrier to carrier, but getting extra is always good.
