Pros: Bus was on time, bus was really clean had a good time! Cons: Outlets that work so we can be able to charge our phones. Tips: No stops everything good.

Pros: Nice people. Cons: Seating. Tips: Come early.

Cons: Ask travelers to use headphones for phone use. Tips: Wear a poncho and protect yourself. I felt so dirty touching any surface.

Cons: The windows were rattling a lot, especially the emergency window. Almost shaking out of the frames. Felt unsafe. Also, someone was smoking on the bus and no one enforced the no smoking policy. Was disruptive for me especially while I had a sinus infection, even though I was masked. Not a fan of smelling like cigarettes and being a lifetime non smoker. Gross. Tips: Where a mask.

Pros: The bus arrived on time but left the site late. The passengers were smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the bus which was very disgusting and made it very uncomfortable. There were children on board and people such as myself who began coughing. The driver this time wasn’t smoking this time but made a wrong turn which delayed us for a few minutes. Cons: The guidelines says no smoking but there needs to be at least a bus monitor someone who is on with the driver to enforce rules. Clean sanitation between trips.

Pros: The bus was comfortable. Cons: I left my AirPods on the bus and have filed a lost & found, sent an email to Tribal Sun, and left a voicemail. They have GPS tracking and have been on the bus for almost a week now. I'd just like to be able to pick them up please! If so, it would be a 5 star review. Tips: Do not clip your AirPods to the outside of your bag. Rookie mistake.

Pros: I did arrive to my destination. Cons: No Heat for 7hours, I travel with my husband an a 7yrs old boy and we froze. It was a 7hour ride and it was soo.. cold. The passenger who sat in front of me chair fell back so far it almost slammed into my chest. A little further it would have been in my seat. We argued he was cold too and miserable so he was not being very nice. It was a horrible ride it was the first time I was miserable taking the bus. There was no warning sign for it being no heat on the bus. We were stuck and we couldn't get off because it was the very early in the morning we board the bus at 11:30 PM. We live in the city so, we had to ride it out. After an hour or two you realize it's not going to get warm. I deserve a refund for all 3 tickets that I bought. I had 1 small blanket that I wrapped my grandson in so he would not be very cold. It save him from the cold. Tips: Yes everything I just said. The tickets are not expensive But You may ride with No heat in the winter for 7hours with No warning. You may get into a physical fight with another passenger. Bring good air freshener because the bathroom smells. But the bus driver will apologize for the inconvenience.

Pros: Arrived on tome. Cons: There was no heat on the bus and it was freezing temperatures outside. Tips: Bring a big jacket and a blanket.

Pros: The bus was new, clean bathroom. Cons: The person in front of me seat fell backwards and almost hit me in my chest. He apologized but the customer could not stop his seat from going back to far and being in my face and chest. Then we argued about it. No heat on the bus so I froze for 7 hour because no one mentioned it before I got on the bus. That the bus had no heat and I was with an 7year old. There were other children on that cold bus for Hours. I want a refund for the Horrible service. That horribly Cold ride that I could not get off of because I live in the city. HEAT, Good seats that you can control and a bathroom that don't smell. Tips: Wear warm clothes in case there is no heat on the bus. Try to arrive early. Don't sit in the back of the bus because the bathroom smells very bad.

Pros: I wish there was a bathroom I could’ve picked a better bud. Cons: What I listed above. Tips: Make sure you pick a buswith a bathroom and check how long the trip is.

Pros: The bus driver was disrespectful i was sleep be snatched my blanket off my face & knocks my arm screaming in my face i owe him money for the bags under the bus so I said don’t touch me he proceeded to keep pushing and yelling. Cons: The seats are way too small and confined.

Pros: I like the price !! On time arrival. Cons: Provide more heat. Tips: Bring a blanket if you are traveling during the winter.

Cons: Reinforcing rules and regulations. Do NOT allow smoking marihuana on the bus . The driver did not do much about it. He screamed from his seat to stop smoking , but that was it!. Very bad experience for me . The whole bus smelled marihuana. But smell was not strong in the front, by driver.. Tips: Do not seat at the very back of bus. Make sure bus driver stops the bus and makes sure that the rest of passengers are happy and secured. When a complaint gets reported . Make sure driver listens to your complaints and help.

Pros: It left on time. Cons: The bus arrives an hour or more late to the destination every time. Most seats are broken and cannot be moved back or forward. The charging outlets never work. People talk loudly on their phones throughout the entire trip. Tips: The money you save is not worth the inconvenience. It's too long a trip to be so uncomfortable for such a long time.
