The staff behavior. I had a doubt regarding the drop off location but the driver denied responding to my question and instead said go have your seat. That’s so rude.

Pros: Affordable, safe, reliable. Driver did a good intro in the beginning on bus rules to encourage headphones (to avoid distracting driver and other customers) and good housekeeping. Cons: Driver gave an opening overview which was very good but didn’t quite explain If a stop was planned or what stops were part of the route, so I was confused if we would get a break or not. To answer my question he was a little abrupt. Each bus is different so customers may need information. Tips: Great service, gets you to where you want to go, affordable and safe.

Sprinter Bus Bus Guide & FAQs

Do Sprinter Bus buses have WiFi?

Yes, Sprinter Bus offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Sprinter Bus will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Sprinter Bus WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.

Are there power points or USB points on the bus?

Yes, there are power points onboard Sprinter Bus buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbour might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power points, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power point USB converter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since Sprinter Bus might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

What is Sprinter Bus's schedule?

On a typical day, Sprinter Bus has 13 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.

Can you pick up will call tickets at the station?

No, Sprinter Bus does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.

Do you need an ID to get on the bus?

No, Sprinter Bus does not require an ID to board its buses at this time. Of course, it is always a good idea to carry a government-issued ID whenever you hit the road.

What are Sprinter Bus’s COVID-19 policies?

Visit our COVID-19 Travel Guide to view the most up-to-date information about Sprinter Bus’s cleaning protocols and adjusted ticket change policies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Are there toilets on Sprinter Bus buses?

Yes, there are bathrooms on Sprinter Bus buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or drinks offered during the trip?

Sprinter Bus does not offer meals or beverages onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. However, note that most buses do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks. Your thirst is a priority for Sprinter Bus, and to make sure you are never parched onboard their bus, they offer free bottles of water. Just remember - the only right thing to do at the end of your trip is to make sure every water bottle is placed in a recycle bin to reduce your impact on the environment.

Do you have to print your Sprinter Bus ticket?

Sprinter Bus does not require a printed ticket to board the bus. Instead, an eTicket is sent to you by email when you make your reservation. You can use your smartphone to show this eTicket to the ticketing agent as you board.

Does Sprinter Bus offer any premium features like extra legroom or movies?

Sprinter Bus focuses on delivering a great travel experience at a low price and currently does not offer premium features like extra legroom or onboard entertainment. But these days, between your laptop, tablet, smartphone and e-reader, you’re the master of your own entertainment even on longer journeys.
