Spacious seat, I could change the seat because several seats were not taken. Good communication about the delay. Friendly staff.

The position of the seats is a bit uncomfortable; feels like you lean back while I prefer to sit more straight. Also, I had some issues with finding the spot for charging my phone, some communication about this would be nice as the system differs per train
