Pros: two stage trip- intercity train from paris to Karlsruhe, then local train to Ansbach. Intercity had reserved seats; at transfer pojnbt the rush to move on led to leaving an ipad behind; VERY vchallenbgiugn to egt rpeosnse form the staitolkn staff and then the help desk re fidnign it aagin. Numbers are answered as 'no longer availab;le' emaiul amnswered nce the nsubsequentlyt reposne is 'no longer in service'. Veyr poor. Second stage to Ansbach no reserved seating, then halfway through trip a large sports group arrived with reserved seats requiring us and several others to relocate to another car, away from our luggage. They proceeded to have a loud and beer fueled party during the rest of the trip. Cons: better response from station staff and help lines for lost materials.
