Pros: The person who was checking tickets was very pleasant. Cons: The fold out desks on the back of the chairs could be improved, some cleaning, and the outlet should be positioned lower or higher, you can't charge an apple computer due to the pull out desk being in the way. Tips: Have your tickets ready!
