Pros: The staff made the trip really great. Made friends, saw great views, overall wonderful experience. Cons: The way back was pretty late, but the way there was terrific. Tips: Don't be in a hurry. Just go with the flow.

Pros: Trip was first time for a couple of our party (4). Everyone enjoyed except we were a little disappointed that there was not as much snow we were wishing for. Cons: volume on the speakers could be toned down. Tips: Just sit back and enjoy.

Pros: All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The seats we comfy and the food in the dining car was very good. There were plenty of outlets to charge my mobile devices. Cons: The bathrooms could use a little extra TLC. Tips: Check the schedule so you make sure the train is running on time. Bring some water and snacks on board.
