Ride was fast and comfortable.
Cost. This was a special occasion. I would ride more frequently and bring my husband is it didn't cost to much for Acela. The cost was made than airline travel.
Add charging ports. Add seat disinfecting wipes.

Seats overall were spacious and train was clean. Train also got in early!
Unclear directions on how to get your ticket scanned, WiFi didn’t work, and the fare was very high. Individual charging ports (as opposed to window seat ports) would also be an improvement.
