Pros: Amtrak staff I met on the train are professional, friendly and helpful. Cons: On time if possible. Tips: Luggage can’t be checked at the station of Orlando for the stop of Okeechobee. According to the Amtrak staff at Orlando, there is no enough staff at Okeechobee to help to check out the luggage. So it’s better not to take too many luggages with you.
