Pros: I enjoyed the staff... Very friendly and interacting... Good job Amtrak. Cons: This time they didn't let seniors on first... And they need a second person at doors to help with luggage.. It's very high to lift.. Also floor was wet from weather need a door mat for wetness... Get wi fi... Thanks. Tips: Pack light.. So bags want be more heavier coming home.. Leave out coats when returning to a colder eliminate.
