Pros: The amazing help from staff since I have an injured shoulder and had trouble handling my heavy suitcase!! Cons: WiFi did not work! I had a new iPhone so I wonder why I could not access Wi-Fi? Tips: Get to the station early as it took quite a walk and stairs to get to the train! Also the train was behind another and some of us were confused as to where the train was. Luckily a conductor came on the scene in time!
