Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: Seats were very comfortable and loved the outlet located at the seat! Cons: I witnessed several people who mistakenly got on the wrong train and were told they would have to pay for the mistake and were to be sent to the “police” upon arrival at the next station. This seems severe and unfair as the terminals are a bit confusing and the ticket I received didn’t show the track #. Tips: Double check with Amtrak what train track your intended train will be arriving.
