Pros: Because I was unfamiliar with the route I appreciated the conductors announcing the upcoming stop. Also I welcomed the conductors assistance with my luggage. Cons: I know there are unforseen occurrences and sometimes a delay cannot be helped but the delay in departure threw me off.
