I liked everything about my trip except the length (11h) : It was easy to book online and use my electronic ticket to board, it was more spacious and comfortable than a plane, there were scenic views and free wifi during most of the trip
Can the train go faster and hence reduce the length of the trip? Put air freshener in the restrooms and have doors that close automatically because I had to get up close the doors myself due to the bad odors
Bring food and something to do during the trip

Everything was just as described, everything worked. The space was clean.
The toilets could be cleaned a little more often. The food is a little bit overpriced.
