Pros: It was convenient to make plans a few days before travel... Cons: Definitely need WiFi to be working...I did not like that at all! Also, Need escalators as one arrives in Harrisburg. I cannot drag or carry my suitcase up stairs. Always must take elevator...also, lady’s restroom could be in better condition. Noted holes in the wall in handicapped stall.
