Great training for anyone coming to the Eugene train station. Tips: Arrive early and I say at least 1 hour. Ask questions to know what to expect. And see what you can get when you are disabled and have luggage and a cane. Ask for help and they put me onboard first. Helped with my bags and showed me where rest room was.
