Pros: Safe, comfortable seats with enough space, with a friendly, experienced, capable, and safe driver. So many passengers arrived a little late, he accommodated everyone, and we were only 15 minutes late arriving into Pasadena. Definitely will always take this bus for my trips to LA! Cons: Just keep continuing the good work and great service.

Pros: Actually, I liked all of it. I was surprised. You hear so much about public transportation. The staff and bus drivers were professional the bus was more than adequate in terms of cleanliness and space. I had not a second thought about safety, and felt quite comfortable, and will use the service in the future. Also, prices were a real deal! Cons: I have no recommendations for improvement at this time. My experience has been that could. Tips: Take the Amtrak bus!! I save money when I consider gas, where, in tear on my car, and the work that I would have to put it had I drove myself.
