Pros
The vehicle was a new one and its 1st time to give service as per the information given to us at the station in DC. It was clean and fullfilled state of the art. I enjoyed the start up briefing and lovely jokes of the supervisor.
Cons
It is just a model transport service. I love the way the respected supervisor was handling its customers with lovely jokes and new year good wish. The drivers were also so focused on their job and I felt a state of full safety.
Tips

Pros
Quick stopover in Delaware, fairly quiet trip, mostly people sleeping. After we took on passengers at Newark, we had one Very Important Business Person who felt the need to loudly wheel and deal with various people on the phone the rest of the trip.
Cons
Felt like slightly less legroom than I'm used to on these busses; not sure if that's my imagination or not, but I don't normally feel as cramped.
Tips
Use the restroom before you go, be ready for wildly varying temperatures in the bus (layers are your friend, peel any you might not want off prior to seating), and hope you don't get any loud phone conversation people. Noise-cancelling headphones/earbuds would've been n...More
