Dallas is one of the most vibrant and modern cities in Texas, as well as one of the state's best vacation destinations. While it is one of the foremost business, telecommunications and transportation hubs in the United States, Dallas is also one of the most exciting cities when it comes to culture and nightlife opportunities.

When you are planning a trip to Dallas, make sure you leave time in your schedule to check out some of the city’s world-famous museums. Both the main train station in Dallas, the Eddie Bernice Johnson Union Station, and the main bus station are located in the heart of the city’s downtown historic district just a few blocks away from each other. That makes it super convenient to travel to Dallas from various places in Texas and the rest of the U.S. or Mexico. The stations’ central location also allows for an easy transfer to and from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport that is located pretty far outside the city.

State College is a college town, hence the name. It is home to Penn State University, one of the largest universities in the United States. One of the most popular events in State College is the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, which draws over a hundred thousand visitors each year. Aside from Penn State University, the city's major attractions are The Arboretum and the Beaver Stadium.

If you're into culture, history, and the arts, you should check out the Palmer Museum of Art, Discovery Space of Central Pennsylvania, and Centre County Historical Society.

Getting around State College is a breeze. The local airport, University Park Airport, is a mere 5 miles away from campus. In addition, Greyhound, Fullington Trailways, and Amtrak Thruway run regularly scheduled bus services from State College to Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, New York City, and beyond.
