Pros: Clear instructions on tickets to arrive early due to enhanced border checks, which we did and it was good advice. Very helpful staff at Seattle station. Clear instructions from them. Train was clean and tidy. Tips: Get there early as per the email instructions if non US or Canada national.

Pros: Staff on the train were very kind and helpful. Cons: In the station when informing us of delay people in the back of line could not hear/understand what they were saying - with PA system there was echo, w/o couldn’t hear.

Chargers didn't work to charge phone entire trip , the seats were so uncomfortable compared to other trains I've rode.....

Pros: It was my first time on the train and I loved the experience. I took the last ride at night and I appreciated even more as I don’t like to drive at night. The conductor was so kind and helpful, the train was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the ride was smooth and on time. I would definitely consider it as a valuable options when I plan my travels! Cons: I heard some times the train is not on time. Tips: It is a great option when making travel plans.

Pros: I liked looking out the window. Cons: The people that help you step on the stool to get on the train took the stools away early and I had to do a large step onto the train which could’ve caused me injury. Tips: Smile roll around, fireside.

Pros: Not driving and viewing scenery. Cons: Way to carry bags to car to board...maybe a small cart. Tips: Arrive early to ensure time for bag check in.
