Pros: Easy check in process with a QR code for the ticket. Bus left on time and arrived on time. Passengers were about their business. Cons: The seats recline quite a bit so, I was not able to work on my iPad as the person in front of me was just shy of being on my lap once I had my small bag on my lap on which I attempted to do work. If you are a big person, next to a big person or have exceptionally long legs you may be challenged or touching the entire ride, which I'm not a big fan of but understand this is not a comfy ride. It's a cost and time efficient ride. Tips: This is not a luxury ride. It's a get to your destination ride. There was an outlet but I did not find it until I was almost to my destination. I'd do it again if I needed to. I did not know if there was wifi. I did look and was not sure because most of what I saw were private, so, I opted not to try to log in.

Pros: I'm studying in DC and traveling from NYC frequently, and every time there are different challenges. Cons: the overall experience and communication. Tips: Book in advance to get the best deals.

Pros: Staff was very good thebtrain was old but clean. Cons: I don't understand why both business class cars are quiet cars. Seats are pretty good usb ports would be helpful. Tips: Definitely beats driving!!

Pros: great views along route/ pleasant conditions on board, with ample space to walk from car to car, options to find clean(er) restrooms and great cafe service. Cons: Better communication about travel times,conditions. Tips: Take any Amtrak, any time!

Pros: Great price, great experience. i had to change my ticket with Amtrak and had no issues doing to. Cons: Should be able to make changes within the Wanderu app. Tips: triple check times before purchasing!

Pros: Train crew were polite and courteous as always. Expressed themselves with good cheer even amidst the holiday stress. Cons: One of the busiest travel days and it showed. Train was dirty coming into the station and I encountered a full, very dirty Dunkin’ coffee cup in the seat pocket. The bathroom was dirty from heavy use and the passengers wore equal amounts of filth in their (under)garments. The train staff walking the aisles seemed to be picking up stray odors from the worst offenders. Passengers boarding mid-journey appeared to be suffering from regional cold maladies - it’s a miracle I wasn’t infected during the journey. Train arrived (about) on time. Tips: Avoid sitting near the center of the train or near the bathrooms (my mistake in both counts).

Pros: convenient parking to train. Cons: identify the empty seats on the outside of the train so you don't have to walk from one carriage to the next.
