The communication with the people was so rude

Bus left NY 10mins late. Trip was suppose to be a 6 1/2 hrs trip which turned into 7hrs 45mins. 4 stops were made during the trip to drop off and pick up other passengers which was not mentioned during booking. Bus also made a stop to gas up. Bus smelled through out the entire trip. Once in VA I got off a stop before the actual stop but when I realized something was wrong I showed bus driver my ticket and ask the bus driver if this was the stop he assured me it was and said to go inside office When I finally realized it was the one I went back to the bus and told the driver this was not my stop he said yes it is and closed the doors in my face. I knocked for him to open and he screamed for me to go inside office and drove off leaving me standing there at wrong stop. I went inside to complain but nothing could be done at that point so my pick ride had to drive to that bus stop to get me. Such a horrible experience

Got there early actually, driver is always safe and straight to the destination!

I have fun with meet new people ☺️ so the ride was great 👍
