BestBus Prime bus tickets - Search & book deals

Pros: Free water. Cons: My seat was broken and it could not be adjusted (fully reclined). Wifi did not work.

I was disappointed the WiFi was unavailable since I booked with Best Bus Prime due to the advertised free WiFi onboard. I was unable to do work I had planned to do on the bus ride

Pros: You left on time and got there on time. There was hand sanitizer in the bathroom and things seemed clean. Cons: Serve nachos. Tips: No.

Says it is a luxury bus with wifi, but the wifi never worked a bit. There wasn’t any wifi. Better do not mislead passengers by brandishing aa luxury bus without amenities

I like having the option to sit alone in the single seats row.

Pros: The original Luxury bus was canceled and the replacement was below par. Cons: I had paid for a luxury bus which was replaced by a regular, not as comfortable bus.

Pros: Value and convenience. Cons: Trip signage at the NYC pickup location. There were two buses there and passengers and nothing to indicate which one was heading to DC.
