Pros: I like the convenience of having the bus service available- so I don’t have to make anyone battle the Buses Aston traffic for pickup. Cons: You could manage expectations better regarding the bus schedule. The schedule stated 10:00 am but didn’t arrive until 10:24. I’ve heard that they never arrive when the schedule states they will. Tips: Did not rush to the bus stop because the buses will be at least 15 mins past the stated arrival time.

We would definitely do the Aniston Express again. I love the foot rests in the back of the seats. I cannot respond to the working WiFi as did not try

Pros: Not crowded, ports for phones. Easy-going and safe trip. Driver was nice. Cons: A discount for Seniors. (I didn't see one on-line on my phone). Tips: NO, but i would recommend.

Pros: easy to purchase a ticket, ease of boarding and the bus was not very crowded which is great for me but maybe not so great for the company. Cons: electronic ticket boarding for tickets purchased online instead of printing a paper ticket.

Pros: The staff at the bus station were very friendly, polite and helpful. The bus driver was very nice and the bus was clean and comfortable. The bus trip was smooth and on time. Cons: Nothing. Tips: I recommend this bus service.

Pros: Efficient, on time. Pleasant driver. Convenient. Better than driving and parking. Outlets to charge devices is appreciated! Cons: Window had smudges, not sure how often the bus is cleaned.

Pros: Price and schedule. Cons: Schedule. Why are prices so much higher on weekends, especially sundays? Tips: Wear a mask, hydrate so you're not coughing so much, bring cough drops.
