Pros: the arrival on time, and the friendly and helpful front desk at Portland. Cons: some of the sets didnt have a working power outlet and the cup holder was not working properly, it was loose. Tips: really good price for the service!

Pros: The driver was humorous and kind, and we left on time. Cons: The only negative was the Boston traffic, which added 30 min to our trip. However, we left during rush hour and there was no way around it!

Pros: I liked my friendly bus driver and loved that the bus arrived earlier so I could maximize my trip time. Cons: Nothing at the top of my head! Tips: Get there earlier as it's "first come, first serve"! :).

Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful answered all questions with a smile. Tips: Make sure you get there early buses can fill up but there will be another along . If you get there before your bus and there is room on earlier bus you can hop on and start your vacation earlier.
