Pros: Other than it being crowded it was a good trip. Cons: Bigger seats so we’re no sitting elbow and shoulder’s touching. Tips: Traveling off peak hrs.

Pros: Exceeded all expectations! Id book a trip just to sit and read in the quiet on the bus. Cons: I wish it was only single seats. I hate a row of two to myself on the way back, but it still wasn't as comfortable (mentally and physically) as when I was in a single seat. Tips: Less is more. There are snacks and beverages, dont pack your own and save the space.

Complimentary coffee, snacks and soft drinks were provided. Bathroom was clean and seats were comfortable. Very smooth and comfortable trip.

Pros: Not having the stress of driving. Cons: Less fragrance, the air freshener was too strong and all the cologne and perfumes. Tips: Less cologne and perfumes.

Pros: The driver was very professional and on time. Excellent job. Cons: I am not sure how to answer this question. This was a very nice bus ride compared to other bus companies I have used in the past. Tips: If you want to travel to Boston, Concord bus lines are the way to travel there from Portland Maine.
