Pros: Trip travel time was on time even I reached my destination 1 hour before. Cons: There was incorrect/incomplete information available at the bus station like gate, route and timing were incorrect and there was no body on flix bus counter to help. Tips: Bus reaches before if you are travelling overnight so make sure you have other transportation available at the time when you reach.

Pros: fast. Cons: comfort in seat. Tips: dont forget a pillow.

Pros: Point A to point B was met on time. Cons: Bus driver was extremely rude to me and other passengers.

Pros: The bus was clean. The driver was polite. My travel partner was comfortable. Cons: The bus was cramped. I am 5-8 and my partner is 5-4 and both of us were cramped when it came to leg room. Tips: Flix service is good if you are looking for low-cost travel to places like Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC. Don't expect luxury. However, you will get decent and professional service.

Pros: The second driver that switched off in Maryland was nice. Cons: The original driver at DC made me drink my coffee before getting on the bus saying drinks aren’t allowed. Which was surprising because I’ve rode with Flix bus many times and this was never an issue. He was also rude with my suitcase. I went up to the suitcase area while he was moving all the already kept suitcases to one side of the three cubbies and stacking them. He told me I need to but mine on top and stacking it. I had a coffee in my hand and the suitcase was heavy and I kept trying to put it up and he didn’t even help me and was only touching the suitcases that people left. He finally helped when I told him I couldn’t get it up. There was so much space on the luggage storage where they didn’t need to be stacked…and we were going direct to New York so there wasn’t a need to stack all the luggage to one side of the bus. My tongue burned because I was trying to finish my expensive coffee. This driver switched off in Maryland with the actual driver for the rest of the trip who was kinder. I’ve never had such a weird and rude interaction with flixbus.
