The bus stop in Philadelphia was awful. It was at 12 Schuylkill Avenue on the middle of a bridge. The sideways directly at the Bus Stop sign were cleared from snow, however, beyond that the sideways were not cleared and made it awful to walk to Walnut Street. I frequently take the bus from Allentown to Philadelphia, however will never take a bus that goes to that 12 Schuylkill Ave. It is in the middle of a bridge and is not easy to walk to anywhere and is awful to obtain public transportation to reach your destiny.

My son was two hours late getting back to school, he missed an event that he needed to be at. There was a mixup with the bus and it was an overall terrible experience. Then they stopped at sheets for 25 minutes, making him even later. Oh yeah, where’d you put them
