Pros: Excellent! Cons: Staff has to be consistent. In going to NYC - the driver didn’t say anything bags on the front seats perhaps he knows the passengers. But going back no one was allowed their bags on the seats. I didn’t like that the driver asked me to move from my front seat to anywhere because his reason the there are 3 drivers in a bus. But no one sat on the seat that he asked me to move.

Pros: The bus was on time. Cons: Display water for the passengers.

Everything was Good time drivers were friendly

Pros: The driver was very friendly and informative. Cons: Cleaner bathrooms and better seats.

Pros: The bus wasn’t too crowded. Cons: We needed wifi bad. Tips: Shower before you go!

Pros: The driver was very helpful and friendly. Cons: Seat would be better, some of their buttons for the bend did not work properly.

I did like lot very seriously with Time.

Pros: Started on time and it was smooth ride. Cons: Bus doesn’t have a facility to keep water bottles or costs. Also, giving seat selection at the time of booking will improve the service quality. WiFi is almost not working. Tips: Better to go on time to get good seats.

Pros: The bus driver kept stopping .. when he finally stopped he announced the bus didn’t have gas we had to transfer to another bus. Cons: Get better busses new busses. Tips: None.

Pros: Quiet. Cons: Not much except more information on how to retrieve lost items on the bus. Tips: Don't leave anything on the bus. I tried to email explaining I had left my coat on the bus. Never heard from them.

Pros: Driver was great and amazing for a Friday evening in/out everything was on time. Lovely. Thank you! Cons: Get rid of the silly coronavirus question or at least add Does not apply. Tips: Nope Oh re below question I just slept mostly or did emails and games so didn’t even check or probably I’m gonna say I don’t think so. It’s ok to be off grid once in a while.. heresy?!

The driver was very unprofessional, rude and driving recklessly, changing lines constantly passing at a very high speed over trucks, cars and buses and hitting all the potholes. He was driving mostly on the left waiting for the cars on front to move over. When arrived in Tysons, he got upset because apparently, our bag was in wrong side and he didn't want to open the other side of the bag compartment. He asked us to open it and retrieve the bag unsuccessfully. I insisted and he finally agreed, almost hitting my face with the door. He turn around ignoring us.
