Pros: we went from Vancouver cruise terminal to Seattle airport. pick up was at 10:30am not 9am that was scheduled. It took 6 hours . Tips: Make sure you plan for 6 - 7 hr trip.

Pros: It was efficient, everything went smoothly and on time, friendly driver. Cons: You need electric plug ins! Both ways on my trip my phone was dead due to lack of a plug. New Iphone doesnt use the old USB plug and needs power plugs.

Pros: The driver was extremely helpful helping with our bags at the border as my mother is in a wheelchair. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Just be polite to the driver and don't complain if he is behind due to traffic, idiots on the road and holdups at the border.

The bathroom smell was overwhelming. I was near the front and had to wear a mask to cope with it. At customs informed driver and said nothing he could. There should be Oder items on board help alleviate the smell. There are many on the market.
