Pros: No hassle travel. Helpful staff. Rest stop was good but too early into the trip. Cons: The boarding location is a little off and it's hard to locate the bus. English is sparsely used by staff and the app is also fully in Spanish. The instructions given was fully in Spanish so I had to rely on my fellow passenger for translation. Luggage unloading and pickup is also quite lax and not systematic (no rigorous check of tags). Wifi was password protected but password was not shared.

Pros: Tickets are good deal, bus are comfortable and on time, no problem encountered yet. Cons: Some pick up points are closed during early morning schedule, no shed area when it is raining.

Pros: It was super smooth, the bus arrived on time and reached on time too. Cons: Can be a little cleaner but works for the price, also if movies are played in Spanish would love it there were subtitles. Tips: None.

Pros: I arrived right when it had closed the doors and about to drive off. I jumped out of my friend's car and immediately started waving my hands in front to please wait for me and she saved my day! Shoutout to her. Cons: N/A. Tips: Get there ahead of time!!!!

Pros: The staff were amazing,printed out the ticket at the station as I checked in which I was worried about because I had no way to print them myself. Cons: The. Tips: Very few English speaking staff. The return bus was 2 hrs late. No vending machines in the Vegas depot and definitely not walking distance to anything to get food or drinks. It would have been very confusing to try to figure out how to get on the Las Vegas bus system from the outskirts of the city where the depot is located. I was refredded to a driver to take me to the strip where my hotel was and I accepted the ride, only to be charged double the amount of an Uber. Very disappointing.

The travel had 4 halts to drop passenger which I didn't know at the time of Booking. Also it can have a stop at a proper restaurant for refreshment.
