Pros: I was late, almost missed the train, and several agents went beyond expected help by carrying my luggage to the train! I use a walker due to a recent fall. Without the help I would have been stranded in Bakersfield! I cannot say enough “thank yous”. Tips: Arrive with plenty of time before your train departs!!!
