Amtrak Silver Service

It was raining when I left Orlando, I arrived in Florence at 12:30 am. The next day in the morning I noticed my clothes were soak and wet. My bag was under the train there may have been a leak. When I called to report the issue I was told the Amtrax policy I would need to bring in the we clothes. I had already put them in the dryer before I called so they would not be musty. I was not pleased with the policy I think it needs to be changed.
