Pros: Conditions on the train were fine. However, sadly not so at Union Station. Cons: Sadly, Do not know how social distancing could be implemented while waiting at Union station. Tips: Double mask and try to distance yourself as well as conditions at the station allow.

Pros: No driving. Cost efficient. Cons: Computer glitch caused train to run behind. Never the less the travel, service and value was still very good. Tips: No tips.

Pros: Once we boarded, the train ride was great. But the train was 2 hours late with little to no communication to let passengers know what was happening. And if there was an announcement, it was so low, it was difficult to hear. Cons: Better communication with passengers.
