Pros: The ride itself.....was a pleasure to arrive at my destination relaxed stress free. The trip from Wells Me to Old Orchard Beach was on time, the return trip was late. Conductors were profession and made the trip seamless. Was surprised how the Downeaster matched the quality of the Boston to NY/Washington train which I have taken in the past. Thank you for a pleasant ride ! Cons: I'm sure something can be improved I just can 't think of it. Tips: Check the internet...I never did.
