Amtrak Piedmont

Pros: It was my first ever train ride and I was feeling very anxious prior to boarding. A staff member on board could notice this and checked up on me every now and then throughout the ride. Even let me know when it was 10 minutes before my stop. It was very kind and welcoming of him! Wish I could’ve caught his name. I feel as though even if he wasn’t there I felt very safe the whole ride and would 100% take it again! Cons: Perfect! Tips: Just be mindful of other passengers. Just be nice and keep to yourself. You’re all just there to go to where you need in the end same as everyone else. No more no less.
