Amtrak Empire Service

I had to walk with a cane with two heavy bags. The conductor took them as I got on the train and brought them to my seat. He also arranged for help when we got to Rensselaer. Someone came into the train, took my bags and helped me upstairs where my son was waiting. Very satisfied.
